| RETURNS POLICY
General
You or the recipient
of an order may return an item that has been purchased from Hydrofunk
Records (hydrofunk.com.au) because you have changed your mind or are unhappy
with a purchase. However, please note, this excludes vinyl. If you return
goods via an Australia Post Office , please keep the appropriate proof
of return. Please advise order number and reason of the return. Otherwise,
if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not
to have returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods
are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return
transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are
in a saleable condition upon return. All returned products must be:
- Unused, unopened
and in original condition
- Undamaged
- Returned within
30 days of delivery
In the event of a
return by you, we will exchange or refund in the form of credit card refund
or cheque. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to Hydrofunk
Records and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery. You
can mail the return to Hydrofunk Records P.O Box 105 Toowong Qld 4066
Australia.
Damages
Damaged or non-functional
stock will be replaced or the amount, including shipping will be refunded
to you. The cost of mailing the item to our head office will however,
be payable by you.
Advance
orders
Orders placed in advance
for upcoming releases are billed once the order is shipped. Any return
of this item will be treated as above.
Cancellation
of orders
A cancellation of
an order will be treated as a sales return as described above.
Acceptance of returns
Hydrofunk Records has the right to refuse a refund/exchange in the event
of abuse of the returns policy.
